Camp SLAM takes place at the Agricultural Technicum in Konstantinovka, Ukraine, in the Donetsk oblast. The Ukrainian counterparts have worked closely with 17 Americans from the Healthy Lifestyles Peace Corps volunteer group to provide a safe, positive and accommodating environment for students from all over Ukraine.
In addition to sports, team building, a ropes course and lessons on healthy lifestyles, SLAMpers will play traditional American camp games and learn camp chants.
